Your tracking information is included in your shipping confirmation, here's the quickest way to find it.
1. Check your shipping confirmation email
Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email containing your tracking link and order details. Just open that email and click the tracking link to see the latest status of your package.
2. Can't find the email?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't locate it, reach out to us at Support@BrighterHaus.com with your order number (or the name/email on the order) and we'll send your tracking details right over.
A native order-tracking tool is coming soon to this page, so you'll be able to track everything right here. In the meantime, your confirmation email has everything you need.
